Robert D. Parisi has two decades of experience in creating and managing employee benefit programs for private and public sector employers of all sizes. He began his career as an insurance professional with the Olympic Agency, Inc. of West Orange, ultimately serving as the agency’s president from 2004-2007 and overseeing its sale.
He then formed RD Parisi Associates, Inc. and has operated as an independent agency since, overseeing all client relations and working closely with employers on full program administration.
After serving as a Township Councilman for 12 years, Robert was elected Mayor of the Township of West Orange in 2010, and re-elected in 2014 and 2018. His experience gives him a rare 360° understanding of the challenges of business and government entities, including the importance of open lines of communication with employees and residents alike. He is skilled at protecting every client’s legal and moral responsibility while achieving the ultimate goal — delivering quality benefits as cost-effectively as possible.
Robert is a member of The New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters and has a BA in English Literature from Rutgers University. He and his wife Sheila have been married since 1993 and have two adult children, Kelly and Robert.
PATRICK J. CASSIDY, Vice President

Patrick J. Cassidy serves as Vice President for RD Parisi Associates, heading up the agency’s day-to-day activities and service of clients’ employee benefit programs. Patrick is involved in all facets of benefits administration, working directly with the agency’s clients to addresses issues large and small, from routine administration requirements to full plan implementation.
Patrick has been in the insurance business for 10+ years, serving as lead account manager for large private and public entity benefit programs providing strategic planning, renewal analysis and client services. Prior to joining RD Parisi Associates in 2016, Patrick held various industry roles with USI NJ, Kinloch Consulting Group and Olympic Agency. Previously, he served as the traveling aide for New Jersey Governor Richard J. Codey.
Patrick is a licensed NJ producer for Life Insurance, Accident, Health or Sickness; Property & Casualty. Patrick received his BA in Political Science from Montclair State University. He and his wife have two children, Colton and Ryan, and live in Rockaway, NJ.
BEATA ROEFARA, Account Executive

Beata Roefaro assists with RD Parisi Associates’ account management, working closely with the agency’s clients on their benefit program needs.
A member of the RD Parisi Associates team since 2018, Beata has been in the employee benefits insurance business for over 25 years, managing employee benefit programs for employers of all sizes and successfully negotiating with carriers to reduce costs and implement cost-savings measures. She has a thorough working knowledge of pharmacy benefit programs and considerable Medicare expertise, particularly with the state’s Medicare Advantage plans. Beata also held positions with regional insurance carriers Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ and PCA.
She is a NJ and NY licensed producer for Life, Accident, Health or Sickness, holding AHIP and Gorman certifications as well as Medicare Product certifications from all major NJ insurers. Beata is a graduate of NYU with a BA in Economics, and resides with her family in Cranford, NJ.
EILEEN QUIGLEY, Account Executive

A licensed producer for Accident, Health or Sickness Insurance, Eileen Quigley has broad-based experience across nearly every facet of the insurance industry. Prior to joining RD Parisi Associates, she held positions at Olympic Agency, Inc. and Jomar Agency.
Eileen has worked with RD Parisi Associates since the agency’s inception, assisting in the ongoing administration of client benefit programs and providing daily account support for the agency’s clients. Among Eileen’s responsibilities are acting as the liaison between carriers and employer clients, verifying bill reconciliations, conducting benefit comparisons, researching and responding to members’ benefit questions and assisting with the agency’s administrative needs.
Eileen studied communications at Montclair State University. She and her husband Tommy have two adult children and look forward to becoming grandparents in the very near future.
SHEILA PARISI

Sheila Parisi has worked with RD Parisi Associates since returning to the workforce in 2012 after raising children Kelly and Robert alongside her husband.
Sheila handles the wide-ranging administrative needs typical of a growing small business, including office management duties, bookkeeping and supporting the agency’s clients and their employees. She also provides enrollment support to plan participants during open enrollment periods and assists clients transitioning to new plans.
A third-generation West Orange resident, Sheila plays an active role in several West Orange community organizations, including serving as chair for the executive board of the annual West Orange St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
